FAQ

How do you test the machine before shipment?

Every customized machine undergoes a strict 48-hour continuous trial run in our factory before delivery. We use your actual specified steel coils to test forming accuracy, punch alignment, and cutting precision to ensure the machine is field-ready.

Will you deliver the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?

Yes. Honesty and credit are core to our company culture. We are a verified factory with BV assessment and CE certification, so our quality claims can be independently checked.

How do you control product quality?

We run every machine through our 6S quality control process and inspect it against ISO 9001:2000 standards before shipment. Our machines carry CE and TUV/BV certification.

Can you help with shipping and raw materials?

Yes. We can help book shipping for you and assist with purchasing raw materials if needed.

What are your standard trade terms?

We offer FOB, CFR, CIF and door-to-door terms. Please let us know your destination port so we can quote competitive ocean freight.

What about the package and shipment?

The machine is wrapped in multilayer plastic film for anti-humidity protection during sea transport, and secured inside the container with strong steel wire ropes to prevent damage in transit.

How do I get an accurate quotation?

Please send us your dimension drawing and material thickness — these are the most important details. If you have specific requirements for production speed, power, voltage or brand, let us know in advance. If you don't have your own drawing, we can recommend models based on your local market standard.

What service do you provide before I place an order?

We answer all your questions on technical parameters, pricing and payment terms, and can send an invitation letter if you'd like to visit our factory before ordering.

Can you provide spare parts with the machine?

Yes. Quick-wear parts are sent along with the machine at no extra charge.

How long does production take?

It depends on the machine type. Standard machines are usually ready in 40-45 days; some standard lines can be finished within a month if urgent. Customized or larger orders may take 60-120 days, and the delivery time is confirmed in the contract.

What's your payment term?

Typically 30% deposit paid by T/T as down payment, with the balance (70%) paid after your inspection at our factory and before delivery.

How can I visit your factory?

We are located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. From Shanghai, take a high-speed train from Hongqiao Station to Wuxi (about 45 minutes), or fly directly to Wuxi. From Guangzhou, it's about a 2-hour flight to Wuxi East. You're welcome to visit any time — just let us know your schedule in advance and we'll arrange pickup.

What certifications do you have?

We hold CE, TUV and BV certification.

What are the main points for selecting the right machine?

Focus on the overall structure, roller shaft, roller material, motor and pump, and the control system. As a new buyer, keep in mind that price shouldn't be the only factor — quality is what supports a long-term partnership.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own factory and production team, and we hold CE and ISO 9001 certification.

Do you provide factory layout designs for the production line?

Yes. Once the order is confirmed, our engineering team will provide comprehensive layout drawings, foundation requirements, and electrical supply specifications to help you prepare your factory space before the machine arrives.

What other services do you offer?

We manufacture, design, install and debug both standard and customized roll forming machines, and provide remote video service during production.

Can one machine produce different profile sizes/profiles?

It depends on the machine type. Some machines can produce multiple profiles on one line with quick size switching; others can cover additional profiles just by changing a set of rollers. Not exactly one machine = one size — it varies by version.

Can you design customized roll forming lines based on my profile drawings?

Yes. As a direct manufacturer, custom engineering is our core strength. We design the entire line (including roller progression, punching stations, and cut-off mechanisms) based on your specific material thickness, profile cross-section, and required line speed. OEM services are also available.

How long does it take to change profile sizes during production?

For lines equipped with motorized automated width adjustment (such as our CZ purlin lines), size changeovers are executed via the PLC touchscreen in minutes. For standard lines utilizing manual spacer adjustments, size changes typically require 1 to 2 hours depending on operator proficiency.

How do I operate the machine?

We provide an English manual and instructional video with the machine. If you still need help, just contact us for support.

Can you send a technician to install the machine on-site?

Yes. We can send a technician to your country for installation and training. The buyer covers the cost of visa, round-trip flights, accommodation, and a service fee of USD 100/day. It's free to maintain the machine in the first year (including changing main components); from the second year onward, the technician's daily fee applies and components are no longer free.

What happens if a part breaks during the warranty period?

We will send a replacement part free of charge; you only cover the shipping/express cost. Outside the warranty period, both the part and shipping cost are charged to the buyer.

What's your warranty period?

We provide a 12-month warranty on the main machine and an 18-month warranty on core electrical and mechanical components. This period starts from the date of successful installation and commissioning at your site.

Do you have after-sales support?

Yes. We provide online guidance and technical support, and can dispatch skilled technicians to your factory if needed — some of our teams offer 7*24 support.
